Palazzo Nails & Spa was fantastic! Very clean and modern inside. The staff was professional, friendly, and welcoming! My daughter and I both got gel pedicures and she got a manicure. Our nails look great!! We are so excited to have such a great nail salon in Columbus.

I had my first gel manicure here. Called ahead to make an appointment and I only had to wait about ten minutes. I don't have anything else to compare but I think my nails look great.

We decided to do a French pedicure. They were so nice about it and the pedicure looks great. Ann did a great job. Superior customer serviceLocation: There's always parking available in the lot when I arrive. They do a great job keeping the place clean and immaculate. It's really cute inside.

For what it's worth I would highly recommend this location they have a lot to offer. Five stars!!! Stefanie & Ann are great! So sweet and my manicure is perfect! The ambiance is classy and relaxing.

I've been coming here for about 6 months now. I started getting regular manicures and was very nervous about gel polish. They offered to do it and if it was gone before 2 weeks they would repaint my nails. It didn't last 2 weeks but almost 3 weeks and what a time saver!! I love all the girls there and they are always the friendliest! Plus, they now have dips and even nail designs! They are very friendly! I love it there! Highly recommended!
